The hood with compensated flow, through air inputsent towards the filters, ensures a reduced negativepressure of the enviroment, with consequentreduction in air conditioning costs and improvementof fume extraction thanks to the inductive effect.Construction in stainless steel AISI 304. Specialfabrication on request.
Our two lines of centrally compensated cubic hoods are:
- KCR – hoods made in a single section
- KCRD – hoods made in two sections side by side back/back.
The central cubic compensation hoods can also be made in multiple sections side by side back/back and/or side/side to better adapt to the cooking line located under the hood.
