CONDENSING HOOD

The condensing hood for electric Pizza Ovens is a practical solution for allthose situations in which it is not possible to install a traditional duct for theexpulsion of the fumes produced by electric pizza ovens.Equipped with a cold condensing system and a triple filtering septum for airrecirculation in the environment, this hood offers the possibility of using thisequipment on many pizza ovens, even non-new ones.

Execution:

The integrated fan, thecondensation coil and the various filters fitted with the KFA-PCM hood offereffective suction and an important reduction in odors produced during cooking.

Given the structural characteristics of the hood and the gastronomy ovens,the feasibility of the installation and the selling price must be evaluated onlyafter technical verification.
