GASTRO-OVEN HOOD
The hoods of this series are made for the aspiration and treatment of fumesproduced by traditional gastronomy electric ovens, even in the absence of external chimney for the exit of the fumes produced. They are the ideal solutionin those situations where in addition to vacuuming the fumes produced, it isnecessary to reduce the odors produced during cooking. The Aluminox UV-C +Ozone lamps mounted inside the hood body effectively treat up to 94% of thefumes produced.*The UV-C+Ozone lamps, mounted close to the filtering battery, act both on theolfactory reduction of the fumes produced and on the “sanitization” throughthe production of active ozone (O3), with a germicidal effect. The lamps directlyradiate the air and smoke flow with large doses UV-C ultraviolet rays, causingthe cold oxidation of the fats present in the fumes produced, with a consequentreduction in odors and fats themselves.
Execution:
The KFA-G-UV hood is complete withsuitable anti-glare filtering battery, electric fan and after treatment plenumwith the possibility of adding an ozone detector for the control of the gas released in the environment.In this way it is not necessary to install an insidechimney because this system allows the suction and treatment of the fumesin the hood.
