The GVM hoods are hoods of the GABBIANO seriescomplete with electric fan, lighting withintegrated LED lights and built-in speed regulatorwith light switches and gas valve control.Construction in AISI 304.The hoods of this series are suppliedcompletely wired.
The central Gabbiano hoods are available:
- neutral mod. GC
- with on-board electric fan mod. GCM
- with electric fan, integrated lighting with LED modules and on-board speed regulator mod. GVM
The central Gabbiano hoods can also be made in multiple sections side by side back/back and/or side/side to better adapt to the cooking line located under the hood.
